Problems With started the game

I have downloaded the game and i registrated my self (i think)
But if i wanna start the game it doesn't and it says this:

Game isn't up right now, they're updating. Wait a little bit.

Yes, be patient, it can take some time

We are upgrading the server so you cannot connect at the moment. You will need a new client (0.3.017) to play on the updated server. We will post more information here as soon as the client download and upgrade are available. In the meantime read our setting pages.

i wonder if this is going to be the big wipeout.... i hope so,  and my guess is it will take a few days

To answer these usual update questions:
1: That depends on lots of factors so it's impossible to say. Depending on how much issues the devs have it can take from hours to days.
2: This will not be the wipe.

when this is finished can you just run the updater or is it like getting ps on your computer for teh first time.

Both. First a full binary is released, like when you install PS for the first time. After that the updater is prepared and you can use that to update your existing install.

awsome... i have 56k so if the update finishes sometime today i can play it next week. allwell its worth the download. and im guess the .07 will be about as big as .06? and shouldnt if you already have .06 it will just update it so its not such a big file?
