Sever reading failed.
« on: November 22, 2006, 09:13:14 pm »
I've been playing planeshift for about a week now, and i've never had any problems with the sever, up until, now. the problem is that the little box next to the sever name on the gfame login screen never displays anything other than Failed. The updater also says that the sever isn't responding. It's been like this since, Sunday and I've tried everything i can to get the thing going again, but no such luck. So can anyone help me out? Are other people having the same problems?

Thanks.

X-/ sorry, but where did you find out a new version had been released, there's no new news on the website and my updater says there's no updates.

simply by posting this, I think you have answerd your question for us.
You lack the patience to simply look for a thread with Server Failed in the title or update, so this means you probly lack the patience to waite for the server to connect to your client. I have yet to waite for more than one minute, since the update.

You could've found that by yourself if you had looked at the title saying "Important Topics" and had moved your eyes down 1cm.
But good luck playing the game :)

No need to post about this twice. The server isn't always stable, and crashes can happen for technical issues - 20 minutes is not that long, in the Scheme of Things ;) Give it some time to catch a breath.
