So i'm in the sewers under hydlaa plaza and I'm casting the Summon Missile spell. It worked a couple times but now the game is crashing. 

Here are my system specs:

Pentium D 2.66 ghz
512 Ram
Nvidia GeForce2 MX/MC 400 64mb w/ latest drivers

Have you set Vertex Buffer on in pssetup?

Lots of people had the same crashes, myself included. It helped Whenever you get an access violation and you're not sure what to do, check the Crashes, Dumps and Diagnostic files for 0.3.017 thread - there may be temp-fixes posted.
