Yes, I checked your error number before posting.
I was referring to the topmost post, you should get the error dump and mail it to the developer mentioned in that post, so they can try to solve the issue

How do I find my erorr dump???
is it through the .dmp files?
Should I just send her the file?
How do I open the .dmp file?
every time i click it it asks for a program to open the file with...I chose wordpad,Could I send her that?

I believe the dmp file is the file you send.

Before that though, go to pssettings and turn off sound, and turn on vertex buffer.  If that doesn't work, you might want to have your character moved to the death realm.  Use the -fullbright cheat to make it easier to find your way out if you aren't using a decent monitor.

Simply attach the file on the mail you'll send.

You don't need to see what is in (in fact you've not the proper tools for that)

Also, would be nice if you'd provide her with some context about the error.

Where were you, what were you doing before it crashed and all that. Just as Ary indicates in her post, that Thom linked you.

Send the diagnostic file, if it is not already in this list to . I will soon reply to you, please, answer me back if I ask you questions and don't disappear into void, otherwise I will ignore your report! In the email indicate (ALWAYS - otherwise I will ignore the mail):

    * Name of your character
    * What were you doing when you got the crash and the client asked you if you wanted to save a diagnostic file
    * In which area you were
    * Don't FORGET to attach the diagnostic file :-)

How do I get to the PS Settings?

Start->all programs -> planeshift-> planeshift setup.

Nice that you're so eagerly wanting to play right away the game but... a bit of calm on your side, and some attempt to search might reveal you some answers.

Oh I've been running through all PS files trying tro do it on my own But I'm not very PC Smart so bear with me please

Ok I swithched the sound off and turned on the vertex buffer I will launch the game give me a few min.
