Carkarassin underworld

it looks like i found a missing Carkarass when i somehow survived a fall in the underworld (apparently it was at the bottom of the map). after a long and valient fight (me running away like a scared little girl while my weakness slowly killed it). i found it now respawns near the top of the death realm near where the exit is. My guess is it fell off chasing someone who ran off an edge and has been lost there for a long time.

Whenever you see a problem with an NPC location that you can't fix by fighting, make a petition in the game and a GM will teleport the NPC back to its likely place

That one's well known.  That poor carkarass is away from his "post" more than he's there.  I keep waiting for someone to fix it.  Not that I care or anything, but every time I pass by and he's not there, I think "ack, he's lost again!".

Eagel stand up and look at the Death Guardian...
He mumbles: "Hmmm, brald igmun sptult mmmm."
- "Yeah, whatever..." Eagel said and start to walk upstair.

Through the blackness, the screams and the nauseating smell, Eagel could reach the last spiral... the exit from the Death Realm is so close!!

A flaps of wings catch Eagel's attention, while he climb the last step on the stair.
   "Aaarrrghh!! A carkarass!!" said grabbing his falchion.
But the little scared beast is so dumb that start flying toward the darkness and fell down the cave bottom. 

"Ouch... that must hurt!  ... Wait a minute  ...
I look like a warrior or I'm very ugly to scare that beast"
