"Blocked Quests"

I and many other people already know this, but I have a question about it.

When you have two quests that involve the same NPC, one quest is "deactivated" and "blocked" from being able to continue.

Will they ever fix this problem so that you can do multiple quests simultaneously? It would greatly help save time because I went all the way to the BronzeDoors to find out I had another quest interfering with the one I was trying to do.

If it will be fixed, about when will it be?

There's really no way to predict the "when" of fixes like these. It's a very complicated issue that will not take a single week to take care of, especially when we have a lot of pressing tasks involved with getting our next release out to the community. We will keep you guys updated as much as we can, but date estimates are really beyond us at this point.
