Lowest Numbers of Online Players

Greetings

   Please let me know if I am reading the graphs correctly. On http://laanx.fragnetics.com/index.php?page=stats
(The Server Stats Page) Is it correct that the lowest number of online players is about noon GMT? Maybe not GMT
I notice that the server time is SGT. What is SGT and are the charts sync'ed to that time zone?

   I didn't see it. Just a poll, where are you from? and replys, how come Mexico isn't listed(everyone trying to get
to USA), how come Turkey is listed separately? etc.

   So what is SGT time and what is the offset from GMT do the stat chart's use?

SGT is Singapore Standard Time, and I believe the offset is GMT +8 hours :)
