Lorytia's clan symnol quest...

I nearly finich that quest....but after I got the symbol from trasok I go back to lorytia and gave it to her and then "what a surprize" she (again) asked for a favor. She want me to get her a coaing for symbol. So when I try to say her "yes" I just say in red letters

then got dced. When after a while I again log in to game and when I trying to say "yes" she didnt respond me and so I couldnt get the symbol for finishing the quest.
more annoying part is when I ask about this to a GM he oe she just tell me "I cant help you"

what the ...??

so why are these all GMs for in game?

I wish developer have a look at this subject to fix it so at least other player wont screw with a quest and wont get mad cuz he/she spend days to solve the quest......

Seems you are the victim of bad timing.  They rebooted the server in the middle of your transaction.  Try giving Lorytia the item again.  If that doesn't work, start backtracing your steps and see if you can pick up that quest at an earlier point.

GMs do not control quests, quest restarts, etc. They have other tasks, some of which are described here.

hey now, I liked fetching apples.  One of the few quests I ever did.  Simple to do, not very time consuming.  Fits my RL schedule perfectly.

in addition, server restart occurred n the midst of of my lorytia quest- i cannot give trasok the gold or iron ingot- a quest restart would be greatly appreciated unless someone has a solution (giveng the items in different orders has NOT worked)...

as stated earlier you will have to back track in the quest if you cannot you will have to wait like the dozens of others for whom a disconnect has caused trouble. The engine devs are working to correct this situation but no easy fix is forthcoming.

About the GM thing, I think you actually asked in the help channel right?  I as well as many others are the ones that answer the questions as anyone can do it.  However it is common that people think we are GMs and ask us for things (not always favors some are sort of legit).  In short it may not have even been a GM you talked to.
