Portugues authorites for some lack or other with the investigation, ie draw it out till the end of the year or beyond.

Well, for what I've heard (I'm from Portugal) the British' media already blames our authorities (and it's Portuguese, by the way ). But anyway, they left the three kids (the girl was 3 years old and the two boys were 2 or something) nearby and went back to check on them every 30 minutes or so (I think they're a married couple). I don't think they were irresponsible in the level of crucifying them, but they should at least leave the kids with some supervision, for all the accidents little kids can have.

 The Portuguese media is flooded with this and it has called some attention to other kidnappings (even if just in the same argumentation that kidnappings aren't as rare as they are in the media). One just really hopes that the girl is found and alive.

There was this psyco mom, a few years back, that strapped her 2 boys, both under 5 or so, in the back seat and drove her car into a lake. Now between the time SHE reported her children kidnapped till the authorities found her car at the bottom of the lake, she blamed a carjacking by 2 undescript BLACK MALES. This took a week or two and during which a WITCH hunt took place in the surounding states. Now eventually her rouse caught up with her and the trueth was revealed... NOW, I'll bet the farm this couple is doing the exact same thing. Covering their crime with a supposed kidnapping.

BTW if you're going to be a spell nazi, it makes you look better if you correct more than just ONE word.. I know for certain I fugged up more than just portuguesE.
