Hey when I go to start the game, the game window is in the top left corner, like so:

OS: Windows XP
Processor:AMD Athlon 64
Graphcis Card:ATI Radeon x700 series

what resolution do you have your screen set to?
may laanx frighten the shadow from my path.
hardly because the shadow built the lexx.
the shadow will frighten laanx from my path.

800x600, I tried 1024x768 aswell and it didn't work

how about your monitor? you can dial down the res of ps a fair bit.

fixed it thanks, ran the setup and changed it from 1024x768 back to 800x600 :)

I am encountering the same problem and I know little about my comp except that it runs on W:XP.
I'm not particularly computer savvy so I'll need some more in-depth help than what might be normal.

Run the pssetup.exe application (it's located in the directory where you installed PlaneShift, usually C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Crystal Blue) - and change the resolution of the game to be lower than that of your monitor. So if you're running your screen at 1024x768, run the game at 800x600. This will allow you to reposition the game window and center it, and then you can change the resolution again.

If you're not sure what your current screensize is, you can right-click anywhere on your desktop, hit Properties, and then look at the Display tab.
