Furnaces and stock castings
« on: July 03, 2007, 03:09:59 pm »
In my opinion, the new furnaces and stock castings at Harnquist are a good solution to the lack of space. However, they look exactly like that, as if they have been placed there to provide a solution, and not like they are part of the smithy. I think their design should be adapted to the smithy and they should be integrated into the building. Their current position and apparel is just unfitting.

I definitely hope that it's only a temporary solution and that they'll become more in tune with their surroundings in the future. On that same note I've always found that Trasok's smithy had a similar problem. The gear there is stuffed together into a small room as well. Trasok could use a better interior decorater too if you ask me. :P

On the positive side...I've been using the new equipment  at Harnquist's to work on my metallurgy level for a couple of days, and I must say, I've found the experience very pleasant; Much better than it was before, in that putting a little distance between crafters and the first NPC that every  noob in Hydlaa needs to seek out to get started in game is a huge relief.

I say toss an anvil, quench tank, and workbench out there, too!  :woot:    \\o//
