Quest "Oh Shining Crystal" bug after a crash

Hi, in this quest i must find a slim volume of a kran poetry called Oh Shining Crystal, i went to the library and then to arion who said :

the proper text was said to allow them to continue the quest to the next step

then i went to Aliress Doomforge and tell her

"i said something that got her to respond as such:"
(11:54:33) Aliress Doomforge says: I do have it. The thing is...
(11:54:35) -Aliress has the grace to blush a little.-
(11:54:47) Aliress Doomforge says:  I was reading it by the fireplace the other evening and I fell asleep. Somehow it must have fallen from my lap and into the embers. It's not completely ruined, but most of the pages are severely charred. I am so sorry. I will pay for the book to be replaced of course. Please take the remains and return it to Arion. He can let me know how much I owe.

And then i got the server crash.
After the server up again i went to arion and telling him the same thing, he answered the same thing aswell.
so i went to aliress and telling her

13:39:01) "something that should advance the quest but doesn't"
(13:39:06) Aliress Doomforge says: Crystals are normally food for Krans.  The more valuable ones are made into jewelry.  To buy some, find a merchant who sells them.

so i insist :
"same thing happens"

So, i'm blocked now and don't know what to do

first dont post logs that have quest solutions in them. Second you are now in the general knowledge area and are stuck in this quest there is nothing anyone can do till this bug is fixed. If you add it to the bug tracker you dont need to make a thread on the forum as well with more information.

Your problem seems to be a bit like mine. See ''get grimal out of retirement'' quest affected by a server crash  post. The server crashes affected some quests we were doing at the moment. Some high level developer should edit our quest logs and restart our quests but i don't think they would be willing to do it. Anyway I think we should contact a GM and see if he can do anything about it.

right now no gm can help with quest issues like this they will just tell you to wait for a fix to be added by the devs.

no dev has time to do this for the hundreds of players that have this problem a quest wipe is coming soon(tm) and that will help to solve this
