Almost Constant dumps

I am logging in from the US, getting 350ish pings, and keep getting dropped every 5-10mn.  Is this something normal or is there just some server problems going on?

There are some problems going on, the server crashes in some cases when players receive damage.
The developers are fixing it so no worries.
