Computer stupid and in need of easy download

okay well I am still very new to the game and the first time i downloaded the game it was straight from the website and it worked well for a  while but for the last few days it had been messing up alot so I uninstalled it thinking i should  download and install a better version.... wel that was a mistake . Now I lost my new favorite game and can't get it back. I went back to the web site to download again and now it wont let me saying that i must abort because i have already reached the file limit or something like that.... so i tried other sites and everytime i download it wont install lright

okay so yes I am very computer stupid when is comes to this stuff i need someones help . someone who can break it down in lame mans terms. Please someone i miss my game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eeeyup, its down for everyone. But hey it gives me time to think more on charicter. I'm a newbie and just DL'd the game. Experianced RPer, so I like to think a good long time on charrie creation!
