argh

i followed all the things to put my server on but it doesn't work at all...
It's becouse i try with a mac osx 10.3.9?
if so how to play please help when i try to log everything ok but the server write all time failed, i opened firewall port 7777, rewrite the server.xlm in data folder and i put in ps folder updater old java whats wrong?

i've done what is on the link wrote but doesn't work at all the finder say to me:"the file could be corrupted or damaged so it wont work.
Now i trying to downloading other time and do every thing from the first step (there are just 3 steps) i was thinking was easy to install but not so

so what i can do for to play?once upon a time it worked like about 6months ago but now....

try to download the full game as well as the patch again and start from scratch. if this does not work i have no other suggestions as this has worked for other people.

should i change the names at the patch or i copy up the old psclient?
