What new stuff has come out in the last year or two that I've missed?

Derghirs (w/ encampment on one of the roads,) kikiris and tlokes as new creatures.
New art for dermorian males. Totally new dermorian females. New kran and enkidukai skins.
A wheelbarrow load of new quests, with exclusive rewards including stat-boosting items.
A winch area accessible by those who have completed certain quest paths.
Ridable mounts.
Factions.
Money exchange.
PvP arena.
