problems download

i try download the game for 1 of my freinds but when i have downloaded it, it say "error " or someting like that. we can't even open it ?s:
we haven't downloaded bittorent because we can't? it is dmg when we download it.
please help fast

something seems to be wrong with the bittorrent these days...

i would suggest using Speed Download (http://www.yazsoft.com click download, not purchase) and download the client from http://www.planeshift.eu/wordpress/?dl_id=6. <-- right-click the link and go down to Speed Download, and then select "Download with Speed Download". it took me about 20 mins.

that is, unless you HAVE to use bittorrent, then the only thing i can think of is to wait.

So, how large is the file?
If it's small, it's the bittorrent thingy.  I didn't use that myself.

If it's large (and it sounds like it, being a .dmg and all sounds familiar), then it sounds like the actual game.  Make sure you've got an expander, like Stuffit Expander, that'll... well... expand it for you.  The links around here worked, because I downloaded from here.
