Setup App won't run

Finally found out the updater isn't running and that i should have .20 after all...but now when i run the setup application it's just a black window. 

Edit: Read a few more posts and it turns out i'm having a similar problem to Khaz, it works on my second, smaller monitor, and is fine when i move it back to my main screen.  Which is just weird imo.
Any and all advice would be VERY welcome

various things to try out, basic things that might help, and generally do with these things.

uninstall/reinstall
rebooting your computer (oddly enough helped me with an issue :s)
also if its a graphics issue, make sure everything is A-ok with your graphics card, IE: that your computer meets the game specifications
If it does, you could always try uninstalling/reinstalling your graphics card... But I'd suggest you do that as a last resort. (if it is a graphic issue)
