What does giving everyone the poll options give us the Devs?
Currently we keep Polls to a minimum and they are reacted on pretty well in most cases. But those polls are usually for a reason or for a bit of fun just to prove or disprove a point.
Allowing ?everyone? to have a poll would be a nice thing for a fan site to do?and while this is the main site it is not a ?fan? site at the moment it is the official forum of the game.
Further more it would make polls common and pointless as a tool of any kind for the devs.
A normal member might start a poll and not put in the options others want, then those options are added in another poll?later a dev might want an official poll on a very similar topic, and simply few would vote or comment on because there where already 2 other polls on the same thing.
