stuck in tutorial ( already ... sigh )

in the tutorial the 4 th npc xargon guurn asks me if i'm paying attention and no matter what i answer i get the message i don't understand or you mistyped something , at the end he wants me to collect the three things from the other 3 npc AGAIN  (1 molted iron , a letter and an air glyph) , i tried that already but again i got stuck on the same question , also i cant seem to highlight the help in the communications bar , its shielded after auction
anyone knows what i can answer to get on with the game , i'm getting frustrated since i can't even get past the tutorial section so any help would be very nice

oh , i found a walktrough for the tutorial , i'll try tomorrow for the third time to get past the tutorial hope this time it'll work - apparantly my answer should be : "out of character" - wonder if this will work tomorrow , bye all

You only need to get the items once. Please try with the walk through.

If you are still having issues you can create a petition in game to seek assistance from an active Game Master.

what i'd like to know next if i'm the only one who cannot highlight the help in the communications bar , its shielded after the auction one or is it just my pc who has this ?

im at school and cant take any screenshots..try to follow 
- have a look at all your "chat"
- go down right of it => you have to see a small green point.
- click on it and enlarge it so that your Help stay in line with the others tab
- you can now select the tab

(will posts screenshots if you reply you didnt understand  )
