installing new vid card, how?

k i bought FX5200 and i dunno how to install it it doesnt say on the manual what to remove and stuff

tell me what to remove before insalling the new vid card >_<

1) Turn power off
2) Remove power cord.
3) Take out old graphics card.
4) Put in new graphics card
5) Plug power cord back in
6) Start computer

If you are running windows it may automagically detect it and install the drivers for it.  You should have also got a disk with your card with software on it.

Its also fairly important to note that you need to discharge any static electricity from your body before instatalling anything in a computer.

Just touch the outside of your case (or discharge it on a friend :) ) just to make sure you don\'t fry anything during installation.

(Not usually a huge concern, but a good precaution to follow).
