Loading World crash

"I have read all relevant stickies in their entirety and made a considerable effort to find information on my issue by searching."

I did search and I found some people with the same problem... but their problems were never solved or the problems they had were a bit different.

Here's my system :

Macbook Pro
Intel Core 2 Duo
OSX 10.5 Leopard
GeForce 8600M GT
2 GB ram
2,4 GHz

Before telling you my problem, I know I have the right version and everything has updated perfectly (v0.4.0.2).

Ok, I created a new character and when I try to connect, it gets me to the loading screen. The left box says "LOADING WORLD" and when the loading bar approached its half way, the game closes and nothing happens. I did the crash log thingy... and there's no crash log... I see crash logs for some other applications but none for PSCLIENT or something related to that. I want to play this game so baaaaaad! Please!

I reinstalled many times and now it seemed to work.... the only problem is with the font... it's messy, I can't barely see what's written

Put a TrueType font (.ttf) that you like in data/ttf then edit the psclient.cfg file and change the name for the font to the new one. I use Deja or Vera font. Any updates will likely overwrite your changes. Im not sure if the personal settings psclient.cfg overrides the global one.
