Need help with OpenAL32.dll !

Hi im new to this here game and i really need some help getting started .... ive allready read all the threads and tried to go after those instructions but noone have worked so far please reply as soon as possable

oh yeah sorry forgot to say that when i tried to update i just get this message:

"Downloading Update file..

if you use the exe i linked at this time you should not have to run the updater to connect to the server.

well i finally figured a way to get into the game. but when i created a character it says Cannot connect with region :S im completely lost XD

what region are you trying to load? what are your system stats? do you have the most updated graphics card drivers for your card?

What is the error message? Or even some kind of log?
What exactly did you do, step by step from the beginning on?
What are your system specs, what is your operating system?

i get the application has failed to start becuse OpenAL32.dll  was not found. i have instaled ps 4.02 and it still dont work
