i think i diden't respect some rules about the forum, but im sorry im new here...
I wont to ask if i and my brother can play at PlaneShift, we have the same IP CODE, so i thought they might ban us???

Playing PS on the same IP won't get you banned. Although using multiple accounts or scripts to get yourself advantages over other players might get you in trouble. Best bet is to read the rules http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=31960.0 closely and ask the GMs per /petition if in doubt.
If the rules are unclear themselves we might need to discuss them internally to clarify them.
