Not really a filler, though it kinda is. Filler with purpose, I suppose. :P

I wish they would quit with those boring fights, though.

That's really awesome - I can't wait til it comes to the USA (I'd "accidentally" watch the dubbed versions, but usually the font is too bad for my eyes to read).  He looks more like a weird cross between a tefu and an ulber, though.  ;)

Officially as a "filler"is considered everything which is in the anime but not in the manga ;)
