Ok I am a mac user and I have had at least 5 characters in my account that had to be deleted. They all froze when I tried to enter a road that leads to a new town/city. For example, I first started as an Enkidukai. I tried following a path to go to Hydlaa (since it was the only path I figured it would lead there), but it froze and Planeshift crashed unexpectedly. Then since I didn't know there was a portal (I'm new) I made another Enkidukai, used the portal, and the same thing happened but worse. I couldn't log back into that character after that. I tried vice versa with a new character starting with a Ynnwn. I walked through the road out the gate to go where my Enkidukai started (I don't remember the name sorry). When I got to the road, it froze the character again, crashed, and I could never play as that character. Characters that are frozen like that often do this. I log into the account hoping that I can still use the "frozen" character. It starts loading real fast, then it crashes. I don't know what's wrong, can anyone help?
