Hi, want to PM someone to join an RP. However, I'm informed that I'm not allowed to. So, erm how do I do it.

You post like five or ten or so times on this forum. This is to keep people from using the PM feature to send spam messages.

Spam the forums. You must reach a certain postcount. Think it's 10.

Yeah, I wanted to PM one of the devs once and could not so I guess the advice works for me as well.

most devs are also reperible on irc and there are emails on the main ps site
