Windows Vista home directory location
« on: December 11, 2009, 08:44:53 pm »
I am recieving the following error message and understand that I have to delete the Planeshift.cfg file from my home directory to fix it.  Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to locate the home file in Windows Vista?

the application has failed to start becouse its side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log for more details

Thanks

the easy way to find PS and other programs is to right click on the shortcut and use the 'open location' option, it should take you right to where you need to go

the settings (.cfg) should still be there, as the globals, you could use the other way too though......
