From birth the teets we put our lips upon were swollen with alcoholic milk. That is why Irishman are partial to the drink.

Its our nature. Not being pretty enough for women and lacking the intelligence nessesary for cards, the Irishman in his quest for levity usually ends up drunk, dead, or just dead drunk.
I suggest the statue of Laanx gets turned into a statue of Parallo <3. An NPC could never replace the huge hole he left in my heart when he died  :'(
