Can't find updater executable
« on: April 05, 2011, 04:38:32 am »
Everything I read says update if you have any problems, but i can't find the updater.
I have read to go From your Start Menu, click PlaneShift Crystal Blue, then click PlaneShift Updater.
Is that suppose to be all programs (im on xp), and then the folder is just called planeshift on mine and it only has the launcher, players guide and uninstall in it.
Im so confused...
Somewhere I read something about running updater in recovery mode but i dont know how to do that either. :-\

sounds like old Info. now the PSlaunch.app is where you do the updating and repairs.  You should find the PSlaunch.app int he same folder where the PSclient.app is

Using Launcher, there's an update warning if your program is old, but not if it's up to date. If that's the case, you should instead click the "repair" button.
