New Player [Looking to become a part of the community]

Hello everyone! My name is Robb, though online I nearly always go by Andorhas. I am a very old writer, nerd/roleplayer. I am engaged, happily employed in the United States Marine Corps, and I am looking to get into this community. If you're one of the "regulars," and don't mind showing me the ropes, please shoot me an email at freshbakedtots@hotmail.com or respond here!

I plan to play the game actively, and hope to get into spreading the Planeshift word!

Last time I played this game, you ran around collecting crystals, blue, green and red... now... you can fight and more! I cannot wait to return!

BTW: You possibly want a space between "a" and "part" of your thread topic ... ;)

Yes, an OLDBIE. Problem is, my account, I am VERY certain, was registered to an email, AMBGAMES@HOTMAIL.COM, which I have not used since... 2003/4 ish... and I am unable to remember the password, not to mention, my secret question was "Your favorite movie?" Talk about an epic failure... haha, so if there's anyway to check/see if I have an account registered to that email, that would be nice. Otherwise, I have to use the one from af-fry@hotmail.com... (Sad, I know... I change emails way to often...)

ANYWAY!

On to replying to you. Thanks for such a quick response! Haha! I just finished installing the game and will be logging on very shortly. I looked at the recruitment page before posting, and wish I had years of C++ experience, so I could aid in creating an awesome game... but alas, I do not. I did not see anything about the writer's they said they were looking for, so I assume they do not need any story-tellers and lore masters.

I guess I will just have to host my own live events in-game, and see how many players I can get to attend my future role-play feasts!

All accounts were wiped on Christmas 2004 so if it was that long ago it will probably not be there.

That's the problem, I don't really know how long ago this was... I mean, when was the Crystal hunting one of the only features?! *Shrugs* it's all good. I'll just start a new one!

Yeah, that would be before the wipe.  There was a two-week account migration period right on the end of that, but if you didn't do that then your account back then would not exist.

Alright then, thank you for clairfying that! I also remember the wipe, and recovery... but I am now unconcernced, as that is history. Thanks for the responses! Be sure to find me in-game!

Another oldie I can meet! I can't wait to find you in-game....though, what time do you usually play and what time zone are you in? (though these days, everyone lives on the other side of the world for me :()

Anyways, you may never know when a little Nolthir can find you.... ;)

@Andorhas If you have a Klyros char the Klyros Junction will welcome you with open arms.  We will always happily take any Klyros, new or not.
