I'm missing that "good old forum" feeling

Why? The picture of the tables is gone, and replaced with the Arcane Chrysalis picture. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice picture, but I'm missing that ambiance the tables brought to the site.
I WANT THE TABLES BACK!

Not to mention that the "bloom" on Arcane Chrysalis is really over the top, and distracts from the actual text. (And a ton of other things, but man - you can only say so much.)

I also don't like the new frame around the website, the the back button, tabs, and buttons to minimize, maximize and close the window all look stupid.

Please fix these dumb changes asap.

Just be glad you don't have my problem in that I've had to use the light blue SMF theme ever since we moved to using these forums many years ago, because reading light text on a dark background for any amount of time will cause me to have a major migraine.

Stupid blue theme is so boring and bland.  /sigh

So now I see that picture ALL the time!

I must have a vote about this! who here does not like that picture? I don't I think its rather not PlaneShift like. to evil. I'm thinking Talad is becoming an evil god who will control us forever by changing all the pictures to magicians fighting.  :(

there is something very wrong with the picture that all artists know not to do... two points of focus, the glowy hands, are barely included. actually, they're cut off at the wrists. and it looks pretty dumb. that glyph on the left got chopped in half, too. bad aesthetics.
