where is the winch

I am having to do a quest needing me to get to the winch. I have no clue where the winch is. I have traveled to the Enkidukai city and Kran city and the bronze gates.  and have explored all of them in great detail but i just can't find the winch.

The winch is a door in Hydlaa. In order to get into the winch you are going to have to do a bunch more quests.

It is not open to just anyone, and you have to earn the right.

We can't really give out spoilers, Hydlaa isn't -that- big. Ask someone ingame to direct you to it!

Hint: The gate to the Winch is guarded - of course. And if you look closer on it, you'll be able to read a note.
