Need help..

My NPC's wont load but everything else is there so im stuck in the tutorial please help

hi,    try doing a /who game master and send one a tell and see if they can help out


i guess i should probably tell you how to do a tell.......  you type /tell <player name>  [message]

It may also be useful to join the IRC channel #planeshift-gmtalk on the IRC server "FreeNode" and ask there for support.

Or to ask for help in the in-game message channel "Help"; an advisor may then help you getting contact with a Game Master.

added note, since the new V5 updates, npc loading is slow for a lot of people, me included, for me if i run around the place, spin around and just move around a lot the npc's will load up

Please go to graphics settings in pslauncher and turn background loading to off. Let us know if this fixes it.

...and additionally - if you have a slow machine (like mine - I run on 0.5 GB RAM), it wil take time. you just need patience - they load eventually... at least for me they did.
