Introduction
One night in the tavern Azeral the dwarf was sitting alone by the fire,the city was quiet outside and unnerving silence drifted down from the empty bar above.As Azeral stared into the fire he noticed something glinting among the ashes near its edge,he reached in and caustiously removed a bizzare golden charm.Upon the charm thin silver letters spelled out the following message:
Keep me and bad things will happen to you,give me to your enemy and bad things will happen to him
Azeral let the meaning of these words sink in for a moment and all at once conflicting thoughts began to assail his mind "Is this object really cursed or is it just a brooch? should i keep it? Should i get rid of it without delay? What if its dangerous,should i get magical help? who made it?"
At this point Azeral heard a creaking from the door above and a shaft of light swept into the darkened tavern,panicing the dwarf pocketed the item and walked nonchelantly back to his room.The odessy of the mysterious artifact had begun...
Concerning this rp:I have created the brooch ingame in the form of a book with a description of it.How you react to the brooch is your choice,you might think it is evil and want to dispose of it or you might believe it has some powers you want to wield,some people might even want to give it to a loved one as a gift.Log your in character experiences with the brooch on this thread and hopefully we will build up a map of its history as it passes through different hands.
