How do I contact a GM?

I need to contact a GM over an issue. I feel this could be handled out side of the game. I have read the the post listing them and what they can do and tried to look for post they say to contact the GMs, the 'the Filing an Official Complaint against a GM thread.' and can not find the thred. could you please ether post a link to the thread or post the method hear?

join the an irc channel of planeshift and contact a developer (including hanix who is the gm lead)

Hey Sunhear!

You can also do a 'Petition' in the game it will be found on your main toolbar. You can do /who game master and any that pop up just /tell [name] [text].

Sending a "/tell" to Game Masters does not belong to the recommended ways, in general.

It has been abused to treat GMs like buddies, therefore some GMs already are invisible for "/who" and buddy lists. Fortunately not all, yet.

Apart from that - the thread is already 3 months old.

GMs can choose to be visible on a players buddy list or not to be visible. The /who command will always show a GM who is in game . In general if a player has a problem that needs attention right away most GMs ( myself included) Don't mind getting a tell so that we can help the player out.

I don't know about this but you could try and say in /help that you need to speak with a GM, they can redirect you to a GM I am sure. Also you can Private Message a GM in here.

yeah back when i first started playing, i used to get stuck all the time, and if you ask for a gm in /help, a gm usually would just respond and help you
