Error logging on

I get an error logging on about my account. It says there is a database error, and to contact a PS Admin.

Description of the bug: Login Failure, Message indicates- \"Error in login database, please contact PS admin\"

I kinda fixed it.
Before you open PS, check to make sure your connected to the internet properly and it\'s running correctly. Next, create a character, and it should work.. that\'s what I did.

When I got done waiting a hour for the map to load, i played for a total of 2 minutes because it was so laggy.

Recreating the character worked. I think the problem may have been that I had Zone Alarm running, and there was a small delay while I gave PS permissions...

(just a theory)
