Transparency in pets
« on: December 15, 2010, 01:37:13 pm »
Gosh! I can't believe it! I'm writing my first complaint!  :D

Since transparency was added when characters are sneaking, I'm a little sad, because it ruined the appearance of my character when simulating... tribal dancing  ;) by using the sneaking option rhythmically. But I cannot really complain about that. transparency for sneaking has a meaning, even if it seems to me that my char is using some sort of magic instead moving with caution...

But with the last update, when I summon a pet or a mount and I order to simply follow me, why they became transparent? It's a nonsense for me. they aren't sneaking, right?
mmmh, I wonder if there's a speed flag that controls the transparency...

I don't like very much the effect on pets, and I don't see the meaning IC.

However, I want to congratulate all for the hard work. Keep it up!

Yeah, thats somthing I dont understand, When you are riding your mount, you go about 2X faster then on foot, yet, if you have your mount /follow you, they go slower then sneaking? I dont think they should go that slow unless tyhey are exhuasted, and groffles shouldnt either, as they are like a small bunny, they would be able to scurry all over the place.
