Becuase it would add realism and emotion to the game, most furry animals change their fur color based on surroundings to blend in, I would LOVE to see a white ulbernuat, if a snowy region were ever put into planeshift.
Mabey white groffles to avoid all those bad-ass trepors out there.

emotion being a command to make your face turn red, depending on race.

I think at least armor and clothing colors should be customizable. This would allow players to create some unique costumes, and it will add variety to the game.

Well if you have the proper programs you can edit the look of armor and weapons and things, but will only appear as so on your screen, nobody else will see it...Its useful if you wanted to post a picture of what your characters' armors actually look like, without wanting to wait for the devs to make somthing similer

Nice idea, but it would mean they need a lot of Art Devs to try re-texturing everything, or changing the colour scale on different textures. Could mean it would take a lot of work and a lot of time.

@Earowo last I heard snowy regions were implemented they just melt when the snow is turned off.
You maybe roleplaying but you could still be OOC.

Vaka, im talking about a region that constantly has snow on the ground, like a mountain region or somthing, the snowy regions your thinking of, are only around when the weather is snowing.

May be hard to implement because at the moment, each mob has static pre-painted textures. The easiest way to implement something similar (apart from an own "HyperColor" shader program) would possibly be having two textures getting blended over, but the underlying 3D engine (CrystalSpace) would have to support that.

Mimikry and camouflage are already being used, e.g. for Imago Consumers (being nearly grass green), partially for Forest Arangmas too (although I must confess they are a little too bright and saturated; but I had no chance to preview them properly).
