Server just down or is it just me..?

I customised my character and tried to upload,
but when i press the upload button it gives me the error that the server seems to be down and that i should go to the forums or website for more information.

Is this just temporarely or has this been going on longer..?

or offcourse.. is it my computer..?

importand Specs :

Dell Dimension 4550 ( 2,5 Ghz )
Nvidea Geforce 4 128MB MX TV
High Speed adsl ( 768 Kb/s )

You can go to planeshift.fragnetics.com and see if the server is up or down.
