Stuck in 1st person.

Hey, thanks for this great game! 
I have one problem, I put my self in 1st person by using the scroll button then when I wanted to go back to third person view it wouldn't go back, did I do something wrong?  I know this is stupid but could some one tell me if there is a key command for this?

You can click the M button on your keyboard to change camera views.

To add and to go off-topic, I do believe that the developers should make the tutorial the place to announce these different commands and to not go so in depth about other things like Magic and Blacksmithing.

PlaneShift installed also the Player Guide which may be partially outdated, but still contains a few interesting and useful facts, like Appendix 9 with Keyboard commands.
