Can't pick some up red crystals... and an other laggy bug

Description of the bug:
1st Bug I found with picking a crystal up at a specific place:
1- Well the first time  this error occured was in the kitchen at the Taverne(2nd floor on the left of the stairs) the error occured 2x at this place.
2- In the labyrint at the small cave hall where only dwarfs can enter trough a hole and other characters have to go via above, here I got the same bug.

2nd bug I have is lagg while I walk in the labyrint:
I get lagg when I see a staircase(thoselong steep ones)
but when I walk in it it disapears.

The bug with the crystal is experienced by everyone, due to an error in the server software (I think), the server shows you a crystal, while it\'s not there.

And where did that bug take place in the labyrinth, I don\'t know about any place where dwarves can enter and other characters can\'t.

It\'s close ro a Small tunnel don\'t know if dwarfs can enter it but it\'s at their hight.
It looks like this:
if you jump all the way down after you entered true the temple you come at a cave like place you can walk untill the end and there\'s one stair, you can also walk past this stair and you will see a small tunnel.
I entered the stair and then when you walk up the stairs you come in a small cave and then you see a brige and a lower level. the lower level is the same way as the higher level but the lower level has acces to the smal tunnel. if you come at the end of the high level you will see a steep road and when your up you see a port to the labyrint.
But when you go through thje lower level you will see a ladder at the and on the rigth and that leeds to the same place.
The crystall can be found near the leader back in the lower level.
