So as Sulaika and Waesed agreed with me posting it, here are the ideas and task assignments from the in game meeting we had on Friday.
Currently we do not intend to open the place unattended. It would require some work to lock everything down and we want to focus to improve the opening times and make it way more obvious and easy for players to rent the place instead. With some trust and the security guarantee deposited this can even work at times when no one of the RCD team can attend, I´d say. So just show that you can give back the key and the place in one piece, and we give out the key again

And the RCD will be hiring. Expect job postings, but also feel free to contact either Waesed, Sulaika and/or me in case you want to work at the Den´s starting from now.
Also if your an artist and want to help us with flyers, materials for the billboard, updating the menu card and things like that, please contact us. If you are an artist we know about, expect to be contacted by us about it

More and more regular events.Concrete ideas:
- Mini / small events like: {Damola/Sulaika}
- All you can eat Flat pie nights for one circle. Ravynne offered help for the Flat Pies making {Waesed}
- All you can eat for Kran as well {Waesed}
- Xiosia´s blessing: Bring in your harvest and we cook together. {Damola}
- Art Evening: Always wanted to have some audience for your newly made song, fire show or other performance. Come to the art evening, go on the stage. {Damola, Sulaika?}
- Once a month an event of the Den {Waesed?}
- Seminars and workshops on weekends: A trainer trains people in how to cook, make herbals, craft something and with the cooperation of the octarchy we can even hand out some crafting books. [Sulaika]
- More public planning on events. Announce via flyers, billboard. [And in forum to ask for ideas and help with organizing them] {Everyone?}
Better information and advertising- Flyers on events and more. We need artist help to create some. {Sulaika asks Dannae. Damola asks in forum for help}
- Billboard in front of Red Crystal Den. {Damola talks to Octarchy about this}
- A sign about what is the Den´s, its history and who manages the place, whom to contact with inquiries for events. [Also in forum] {Waesed}
- A special flyer for Renting the Den for parties and events -> security guarentee like an amount of tria or an rare item for the key {Damola}
- Job posting, describing them completely with offer to pay for the work done. {Sulaika}
- Bartenders
- Cooks
- Musicions and other artists.
- Guards [Suggestion by Jirerel and Sulaika]. Maybe good with martial arts skills, so without full armor and weaponry and at discretion of the one who opens whether to have guards or not. Maybe in front of Den´s even in full armor and weaponry. {Sulaika, well make an suggestion for review:)}
- Maybe people who help with organizing events?
- Torches for new players, so they can find the way to the Red Crystal Den more easy. {Waesed}
- A sign when the Den is open. {Damola for first draft}
Enlarge the RCD team- Characters in any guilds can join.
- Share the work on more shoulders so that it remains fun for everyone.
- Requires a low long term commitment. Open it at least once, preferably twice a month. It is quite an easy commitment. Of course you can open more often. But some commitment is needed in order to qualify for a key.
- The job postings of course.
- Forum announcement and posting.
- We need more keys anyway {Waesed petitions Octarchy about it}
- Concrete ideas for additions to the team:
