Help with Loading

Hi im a newb  to this so......please hear me out. i made my character and all but whenever it goes to the loading it says
Initializing Character
Initializing GUI
Initializing World
and i waited for 10 mins but it only froze
Please help so i may enjoy this game

Hmmm,
In the beginning it did the same to me, it could be:
1: You have a bad connection, or connection was lost :S
2: You gotta update PS, click on PlaneShift Updater, that should proberly be it.

Have you had a look in the technical help or newbie help forum ?
This problem is common and many solutions are mentioned there.

I\'d recommend to post there again together with your system specifications (CPU, Ram, OS ...). Maybe you just need to wait a little longer the first time you try to logon.
