that happens whenever i try to update the game

It means you do not have the required MSVCP70.dll file. Download this file here .

I have no idea what you mean about the updating issue. Try to use English, rather than Bad English, to describe your problem. We can\'t help you if you don\'t tell us what\'s wrong.
