1st i want to ask is serv3er event online?? if it is i would like to ask where do i chance the new ip becose i cant log in. and do i need to create account in somewhere do it create when i make character???

They changed a few things with the server, and the ip is now 203.81.47.74
You can use planeshift.fragnetics.com, instead of using the entire ip.
You create an account at the same time you create a character.
You can see if the server is online here.
