Thanks to the investigative work of a Planeshift player, we have identified the problem preventing players from connecting directly to planeshift.fragnetics.com
This was due to a configuration error on our secondary DNS server, which failed to return correct information for the Planeshift subdomain.
The problem has been fixed and we believe that there should be no further problems connecting directly to the planeshift.fragnetics.com domain.
