Starnge things happen with colors

Hello!
i\'ve got such bug: when i start PS, sometimes i\'ve got normal colors, but more often i\'ve got such pic:

it also can be red or green color. and it changes while i\'m moving.
i\'ve got no idea about the roots of that bug, maybe you will help me to fix it...
