sign on freezing

The game is constantly freezing during sign on i have yet to get onto the game, is it simply because i have slow connection (aol) or is there someother reason which can be fixed?

Just how long do you wait before assuming it has frozen?  The game has been known to take twenty minutes - or more - to start.  

BTW, if it says the program isn\'t responding that DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING.  I get it all the time and it usually starts working if I wait a few minutes.

thx, i let it sit a wile and it went.... i needa be more patient lol, um btw my dialoge box is cutting the last line of text off halfway, like it\'s not scrolled all the way, but it is. and is there a way to change your appearance in game i think it messed mine up.....

Lol you didn\'t do anything.  You need to click and drag the bottom-right corner of the chatbox.  That\'ll resize it to whatever you want.

And no you can\'t change your appearance ingame.  M is change views, and \\ is mouselook if you don\'t know.  What race did you want to be?
