mouse problem

i have no idea why i can\'t open the psclient.cfg  file
and change the mouse sensitivity
is there anyway i can change it in the game or somewhere eles?
please help

You need to open it with a text editor.
you can do this by either:
1. right clicking on it and selecting open with
2. doubleclicking on it and selecting your text editor from a list of programs.
3. open your text editor and open the file through there.

To edit .cfg files, use Notepad. There is no other way to edit mouse sensitivity.
